TBC - Total Body Conditioning A challenging class that combines various forms of aerobic and athletic training, muscle strengthening and conditioning. Class may include step, athletic drills, hi impact, kickboxing, interval training, circuit training, weight training, core and abdominal training and much more. All classes vary per instructor.

Yoga - These classes introduce your body to a series of basic to advanced movements designed to enhance muscle development, flexibility, neuromuscular connectivity, and improve overall internal health. A continuous flow of movement, breath and energy will help to restore balance, release tension and daily stress and help to correct bad posture.
