TBC - Total Body Conditioning. A challenging class that combines various forms of aerobic and athletic training, muscle strengthening and conditioning. Class may include step, athletic drills, hi impact, kickboxing, interval training, circuit training, weight training, core and abdominal training and much more. All classes vary per instructor.
