Court Reservation Policy

• Court reservations can be made up to three days in advance.
• Reservations can be made between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm, 7 days a week by calling (310) 558-6449.
• Same day reservations between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm can be made by calling the Tennis Pro at (310) 558-6448.
• Only one reservation at a time may be made (all players, not just the reserving member).
• The staff is instructed not to reserve courts on a “will fill” basis. The names of all players involved must be provided at the time the court is reserved.
• During weekdays: five out of the ten courts will be reservation courts.
• During weekends: on-site game pairing is available between the hours of 9:00 am and noon.
• Court hopping is strictly prohibited.
• All tennis players are required to check-in at the Tennis Pro Shop prior to playing. Failure to check-in will be considered a “no-show” and the court will be reassigned to the first player on the waiting list. Players have a 7 minute grace period to sign-in.
