Beginning Adult Workout
This class is designed for individuals new to the sport and players who are just getting back into the swing of things. The core of this class lies in building a solid tennis foundation by learning the sport’s fundamentals, such as proper stroke technique, footwork and basic strategy.
Advanced Adult Workout
This class is a fast-paced drill and workout clinic geared toward players who have competitive experience, a great understanding of technique and who want to sweat! The clinic features a lot of player/instructor interaction and works toward keeping your game in tip-top shape while honing your consistency, footwork and strategic implementation.
Intermediate Adult Workout
This class is geared toward players who have a good understanding of proper stroke technique and who are looking for a somewhat fast-paced drill-oriented class, in which to hone their skills. Emphasis is placed on increasing consistency, learning to attack and implementing a successful strategy.
