Among the favorites are BHCC’s Signature Dishes such as the Grilled Angus New York Steak, a selection of market-fresh sustainable seafood and the Kobe beef burger, just to name a few. Utilizing only the finest ingredients from local vendors, the Club’s award winning Executive Chef artfully produces a myriad of classic, creative specialties, merging contemporary cuisine with old world elegance.
Poolside Grill
Enjoy dining poolside, with food served fresh from the grill. The menu consists of a number of favorites including healthy salads and sandwiches. Assorted juices, soft drinks, beer, wine and cocktails are also available at the grill.
Sunday Brunch
This Sunday treat yourself to our world famous Sunday Brunch, featured every weekend, from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm. You will experience a tantalizing selection of unique and traditional brunch favorites from eggs benedict to freshly prepared crepes. The friendly chefs would be pleased to prepare you a made-to-order omelet, at the “open kitchen” omelet bar, or slice you a prime cut of roast beef at the carving station.
