Always fresh, seasonal and satisfying, the Dining Room menu incorporates a rich tradition of culinary excellence. Among the favorites are BHCC’s Signature Dishes such as the Grilled Angus New York Steak, a selection of market-fresh sustainable seafood and the Kobe beef burger, just to name a few. Utilizing only the finest ingredients from local vendors, the Club’s award winning Executive Chef artfully produces a myriad of classic, creative specialties, merging contemporary cuisine with old world elegance. The Lounge
Good times at the end of the day or after dinner can be found in the Lounge, where the ambiance is always friendly, the cocktails generous, the atmosphere relaxing and the food is fresh. We feature monthly special events and a large screen television perfect for enjoying all of your favorite sporting events. Join us for seasonal special events, sporting events on the big screen and wine tastings. Take advantage of our Happy Hour from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday with daily appetizer specials and discounts on martinis, wine and beer. 

Champagne Sunday Brunch
Treat yourself to our world famous Sunday Brunch, featured the last Sunday of the month, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. You will experience a tantalizing selection of unique and traditional brunch favorites from Eggs Benedict to freshly prepared crepes. The friendly chefs would be pleased to prepare you a made-to-order omelet, at the “open kitchen” omelet bar as well.
